CrossFit //

By performing a wide variety of movements in a variety of intensities, CrossFit athletes develop a broad "functional fitness" that translates to increased performance in a wide variety of tasks, from nurses lifting patients, to elite sports to military service to simply being able to lift heavy objects safely around the house.

CrossFit can benefit people of all ages and fitness levels because the program is universally scalable. Scaling might involve modifying a movement or changing the amount of weight or the number of repetitions to target each individual athlete's current ability level. The trainers at Complete get to know their clients' abilities and are committed to making sure each athlete tailors each workout to his or her individual need, whether that means going heavier or lighter, longer or shorter. "Scaling" does not mean taking it easy. It means working hard with the body you've got today and knowing that it will be stronger tomorrow.

Burn //

While you’ll never see a barbell in our class, we’re still on a mission to get you strong and toned.

 

This program is more than just getting a lean and sexy body. Sure, that’s part of it, but what it’s really all about is changing lives, and helping our members find long-term happiness and confidence..

Our classes are filled with a wide variety of people. Every day, each of us are cheering each other on and pushing ourselves as we complete the Workout of the Day!

Every workout, movement, and piece of equipment we use is scalable, which means we work with any fitness level. We will never ask you to lift more weight than your core can handle or perform an endurance exercise you are not physically able to do. Our trainers will continually coach and motivate you all while encouraging you to improve your performance.

3 Day Jump Start //

This is how we introduce all beginners into our Classes.

 

Over the course of your 3 individual one on one sessions we will take you through all the ins and outs of the gym.

 

We will start by explaining and teaching you all the core movements you will see in Crossfit classes.

Walk you through what to expect in classes and understanding the workouts.

As well as getting you familiar with the people, the coaches and the day to day at the gym.

 

Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to join your first class! 

Competitors //

Our competitors classes are designed to be completed in addition to our normal scheduled classes. With this programming you will work to improve developing the necessary skills and strength needed to compete.

Olympic Lifting //

The Barbell & Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on the two Olympic lifts “Snatch” and “Clean and Jerk.” 

Improving these two full-body movements aides in developing a better awareness of the body while improving flexibility and strength at the same time.

This is a progressive fundamental class emphasizing technique and form for novice to advanced weightlifters.
 

Personal Training //

Whether you are someone who just isn’t ready for group classes or maybe just prefers to be in a one on one environment to someone who is looking to move towards a specific goal, we have several options.

 

Many of our members choose to work with our trainers to improve special skills, gymnastics, weightlifting technique or running.

 

We’ve got a lot of knowledge on staff, pick our brains and let us design a program for you.

Mobility //

Mobility is one of the most important parts of maintaining a healthy body. 

This class we will be combining yoga and strength training, into one exciting class. The goal of this class will be to create long, strong, lean and flexible muscles.

The exercises will be based on improving function, balance (between muscle groups) and structure.

 Gymnastics //

Build a good foundation and you can continue to progress in everything above it.

Gymnastics is close to the base of the pyramid because without the ability to control your body…things like Olympic lifting become nearly impossible. We don’t do gymnastic movements in hopes to be a gymnast one day. We want to improve body awareness. The basic understanding of what your body is doing from fingertips to toes within space and time. It’s about being able to control your body rather than having your body control you.

 

Now, imagine what improved body awareness and control could do when applied to other CrossFit movements involving objects such as barbells and kettlebells.

 

That’s what we’re after. Complete virtuosity in everything we do. Performing the common, uncommonly well.

Hot Pursuit (Endurance) //

Our Endurance Class uses intervals, metcons, rowing, assault bike/airdyne, running, and more to build a bigger “engine” . Athletes may struggle with longer workouts or need to work on metabolic conditioning as a whole. This class will help make you more comfortable being out of breath and able to go faster in all kinds of workouts.

Complete Kids //

Our Kids classes are designed to be both fun and functional for any child, at any level. Just like CrossFit for the adults, the skills covered in Complete Kids classes are broad and incorporate all physical movements including running, pushing, pulling, jumping, climbing, lifting, etc.  These skills will translate into their everyday life; whether it be playing at recess with their friends, helping around the house or playing on a competitive sports team. The classes are designed to create well-rounded and confident children and most importantly, designed to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
