By performing a wide variety of movements in a variety of intensities, CrossFit athletes develop a broad "functional fitness" that translates to increased performance in a wide variety of tasks, from nurses lifting patients, to elite sports to military service to simply being able to lift heavy objects safely around the house.
CrossFit can benefit people of all ages and fitness levels because the program is universally scalable. Scaling might involve modifying a movement or changing the amount of weight or the number of repetitions to target each individual athlete's current ability level. The trainers at Complete get to know their clients' abilities and are committed to making sure each athlete tailors each workout to his or her individual need, whether that means going heavier or lighter, longer or shorter. "Scaling" does not mean taking it easy. It means working hard with the body you've got today and knowing that it will be stronger tomorrow.
Fit Class //
The Complete Fit class is a high-energy, fun class that is dedicated to promoting a fast-paced, fat-burning, health-improving workout! This class utilizes simple movements in order to keep our members MOVING! We move quickly, but also promote a keen awareness of proper body movements and place a high priority on proper form. This class is perfect for beginners in that it does not involve heavy weights and is full of friendly faces. If you’re looking to lose fat and get more FIT, this is the class for you.
3 Day Jump Start //
This is how we introduce all beginners into our Classes.
Over the course of your 3 individual one on one sessions we will take you through all the ins and outs of the gym.
We will start by explaining and teaching you all the core movements you will see in Crossfit classes.
Walk you through what to expect in classes and understanding the workouts.
As well as getting you familiar with the people, the coaches and the day to day at the gym.
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to join your first class!
Olympic Lifting //
The Barbell & Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on the two Olympic lifts “Snatch” and “Clean and Jerk.”
Improving these two full-body movements aides in developing a better awareness of the body while improving flexibility and strength at the same time.
This is a progressive fundamental class emphasizing technique and form for novice to advanced weightlifters.
Personal Training //
Whether you are someone who just isn’t ready for group classes or maybe just prefers to be in a one on one environment to someone who is looking to move towards a specific goal, we have several options.
Many of our members choose to work with our trainers to improve special skills, gymnastics, weightlifting technique or running.
We’ve got a lot of knowledge on staff, pick our brains and let us design a program for you.
Our competitors classes are designed to be completed in addition to our normal scheduled classes. With this programming you will work to improve developing the necessary skills and strength needed to compete.
Build a good foundation and you can continue to progress in everything above it.
Gymnastics is close to the base of the pyramid because without the ability to control your body…things like Olympic lifting become nearly impossible. We don’t do gymnastic movements in hopes to be a gymnast one day. We want to improve body awareness. The basic understanding of what your body is doing from fingertips to toes within space and time. It’s about being able to control your body rather than having your body control you.
Now, imagine what improved body awareness and control could do when applied to other CrossFit movements involving objects such as barbells and kettlebells.
That’s what we’re after. Complete virtuosity in everything we do. Performing the common, uncommonly well.

A class focused on building muscle through classic bodybuilding movements.
Power Lifting //
A class focused on improving overall strength with with emphasis on developing the deadlift, back squat, and bench press.
A class that focuses on building functional strength and athleticism utilizing free weights in combination with strongman implements.
Complete Kids //
Our Kids classes are designed to be both fun and functional for any child, at any level. Just like CrossFit for the adults, the skills covered in Complete Kids classes are broad and incorporate all physical movements including running, pushing, pulling, jumping, climbing, lifting, etc. These skills will translate into their everyday life; whether it be playing at recess with their friends, helping around the house or playing on a competitive sports team. The classes are designed to create well-rounded and confident children and most importantly, designed to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
