COMPLETE CrossFit //
This is the heart of what we do at and our community at COMPLETE.
The goal of our CrossFit program at COMPLETE is the relentless pursuit of well rounded fitness. We strive to balance strength, muscle stamina, power, and endurance in a fun class atmosphere with top notch coaches.
We practice constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity, but we serve this in the COMPLETE way, which values quality over quantity and focuses on health and longevity as a main priority.
Expect to use a variety of equipment, including barbells, in endless combinations of varying time components and intensity.
Our goal is for our members to work hard, have fun, and enjoy the best hour of their day!
On Ramp Course //
This is how we introduce all beginners into our Classes.
Over the course of your 3-5 one hour sessions with one of our expert coaches, we will take you through all the ins and outs of the gym.
We will start by explaining and teaching you all the core movements you will see in Crossfit classes.
Walk you through what to expect in classes and understanding the workouts.
As well as getting you familiar with the people, the coaches and the day to day at the gym.
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and excited to join your first class!
Personal Training //
Whether you are someone who just isn’t ready for group classes or maybe just prefers to be in a one on one environment to someone who is looking to move towards a specific goal, we have several options.
Many of our members choose to work with our trainers to improve special skills, gymnastics, weightlifting technique or running.
We’ve got a lot of knowledge on staff, pick our brains and let us design a program for you.
Our competitors classes are designed to be completed in addition to our normal scheduled classes. With this programming you will work to improve developing the necessary skills and strength needed to compete.
Specialty Classes //
These classes are offered throughout the year to members to hone in on specific goals and offer variety in training. Schedules vary.
These classes may include:
● Weightlifting (Clean and Jerk, Snatch, and Olympic lifting strength)
● FUNctional Bodybuilding

Complete Kids //
Our Kids classes are designed to be both fun and functional for any child, at any level. Just like CrossFit for the adults, the skills covered in Complete Kids classes are broad and incorporate all physical movements including running, pushing, pulling, jumping, climbing, lifting, etc. These skills will translate into their everyday life; whether it be playing at recess with their friends, helping around the house or playing on a competitive sports team. The classes are designed to create well-rounded and confident children and most importantly, designed to stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
Complete Nutrition //
Our mission is to serve the COMPLETE community by providing a program that develops and balanced and sustainable approach to nutrition, which empowers our members’ ability to pursue health, longevity, and individual goals. This is a coach led service that is offered exclusively to COMPLETE members, but is not part of regular membership costs.
