What are some of your favorite activities to do outside of the gym? Video games , sports , go the range and Hang out with wife and dog.

What are some goals you have for 2023? Get back down to the weight I was before I left for basic but also be stronger!

What is something people might not know about you? I’m a pretty open person for the most part- I’m in the army national guard, I have a dog lol.

What is some advice you’d give a new member? Take care of your body, take rest days when you need them!
