Here's more about Tyler:

-

When did you start CrossFit and why did you decide to start?

In September of 2013, Shanlee invited me to a Crossfit workout. It was a drop in class at the original building on Douglas. It was our first date. Shanlee was too nervous to meet me by herself, so she decided to do it in a group setting. From day 1, I was hooked to Crossfit and Shanlee!

-

What is are your favorite activities to do outside of the gym?

I like to spend time with Shanlee and our 4 kids. We enjoy swimming, board games, puzzles and riding 4 wheelers.

-

What are two big goals you have for 2022?

My gym goal for the year: A BAR MUSCLE UP!

Personal goal: A healthy balance between work and family time.

-

What is something people might not know about you?

I own two Del Ranchos and build custom homes for a living.

-

What is some advice you would give to a new member?

Everything in Crossfit is scalable to meet your skill level. Don’t look at the workouts, just show up and be consistent.
